Arolla offers mountain sports with experienced guides, walks (Lac Bleu), relaxation,  spectacular views and exceptional wild flowers (June/JuIy). It is at only one hour by bus or car from Sion (airport). Arolla's altitude - 2'000 m. / 6'000 ft - guarantees you good snow at your hotel doorstep, even until late in the season.

The road and parkings are open all the year around. There is a Swiss Ski School. You can get combined hotel and skilift prices. The ski slopes are uncrowded, huge, sheltered and sunny. From our 3,000m hight mountain restaurant, you will have a breathtaking view over the Alps.

Summer sports : you can practice climbing, hiking, paragliding, dance-climbing, fishing and mountain biking. During the summer, Arolla proposes guided walks, group mountain trips with experienced mountain guides and first flight helicopter excursions.

Winter sports : Arolla is ideal for downhill and cross-country skiing, helicopter skiing, paragliding and ski tours. During the winter the Ski School organizes slalom and cross-country races and torchlight descents.
